I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The room was large with a separate balcony seating area, clean and comfortable. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to help me navigate through the busy crowds. The location was superb, making it easy to reach top attractions like the zoo and palace. However, the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, a great value for money.
